Caliente Tropics is awful Restaurant and bar closed for remodeling. Wifi didn't work! Dirty rooms! Stains on the carpet, pubic hair in the bathroom! Awful management. Loud uncomfortable lousy stay. It was my wife i's Anniversary and it was ruined thanks to Caliente tropics!!!! Better of at motel 6 at least there you know what your getting! Do not stay there!!!! Not a whole lot! I paid for a room with a balcony which was clearly advertised in the lanai room! Which doesn't and never existed????????
Okay it was really cold and the heater did not work the bed was really comfortable and the place was clean
Nächstes Mal lieber ein anderes Hotel. Einiges. Das Türschloss war defekt, die Bettdecken waren fürchterlich, ebenso wie die viel zu hohen Kissen. Die Dusche spendete lauwarmes Wasser:-(( Der Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge aus dem beheizten pool war super.
Don't trust google maps to this location. Not sure why on a Wednesday night (and obviously not crowded) why they would book noisey people in the room above mine. Cheap room $65, I guess you get what you pay for. The blinds on the window are stuck open. Not much lighting outside room, got here after dark, had to get out of the car and walk up to the doors to see room numbers. What did I like? Makeover..please!! This old motel needs a makeover; dirty carpets in our first room (we were changed to a room with tile floor), the door has large gap at bottom, lock was loose, not enough towels (although they brought them as soon as we called for more) The staff is friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable. The TV was nice.
