Fair Not too clean and pretty run down. Room size and set up.

Disappointing Premises run down, room run down, except for beds/bathroom. Questionable patrons at this hotel, seemed like a lot of partyers, would not want to be here with kids. When I went to my car in the morning with my luggage, someone had thrown up behind my vehicle. Unpleasant good-bye to an unpleasant place. Bed and bathroom were good.

Fair Guy at reception was very bored and not very friendly and forthcoming. Room felt a bit stuffy and dark. The location is actually further from central Palm Springs than we thought, so finding something nice to eat dinner at without taking the car was almost impossible.

Will not stay again or recommend this motel to anyone. No hot water. Room was not cleaned properly. A razor was left on one of the armchairs. Floor was so dirty we had to wash our feet before we could get into bed. Not good value AT ALL!! Close proximity to airport.

Not at all what they say it is. The fact that I'm 66 years old, my husband is 72, and they insisted on a $100 damage deposit, that they keep for 4 days. We asked if they would check our room before we left, as we have no idea what could happen in four days (although I took photos), but they said no, they could not. Also, we were a bit early, and our room wasn't ready, we left for two hours, and came back, room "barely" ready, and it was 4:00 pm check in time by then. Okay The carpet was not clean. I think it was too pricey for this type of hotel. Too far to walk to downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Trolley service of the city was nearby.
