Fair to stay. No hot water at all during our stay in the room. Should have brought a swim wear to use Jacuzzi located at pool. The bed was too soft for us to sleep well. $100 deposit was needed at check in. Friendly staff. Parking spot is always available. Location (close to restaurants and other exhibits) WiFi connection.
Pretty place, horrendous service. My 85-year-old dad and I were woken by the smoke detector at 3am. Room was full of smoke, and we thought the building was on fire. Turns out that wasn't the case. Staff had us go back into the room and pack - in the smoke, without help. My request for compensation was totally rebuffed since "you got another room" - but we were offered a late checkout of one hour (we lost at least two hours sleep). No hot water either. Wifi works.

Overpriced for what you get The room was dated and the carpet smelled. Not as it appeared in the photos You had to check out pool towels from the lobby and the staff wasn't very helpful with anything. The bar was depressing. Way over priced. Nice pool

Good location, great staff, issues with cleanliness Bedsheets and pillow cases had foot prints on them, carpet was stained. Not a very clean hotel. Kind, accomodating staff
They have thick towels but not much else. The facility was cheaply constructed. Only one face towel in my coupon room. No pens. No facial tissue. The towels were thick and lucious
