Where do I start with the accolades for CARE? Absolutely everyone here is amazing and helpful. I love the front desk ladies, the physical therapists, the doctors and the assistants. They are all amazing and really love animals (and it shows). Our Baby (20 year old Russian Blue cat) was having mobility issues and was given an overdose of gabapentin by an emergency vet at another facility. She was paralyzed from the neck down and we were devastated. After only one week of their wonderful treatments (Laser treatment, ac... read more
I visited CARE for my dog, Vince, who recently had FHO surgery to repair his hip dysplasia. Vince wasn't progressing much after the surgery, so I started seeking out rehab. Dr. Waldman spent two hours doing a thorough exam, and noted that his issues went beyond his hip - he was also showing some spine degeneration (common in dachshunds). She put together a plan and answered all my questions. Moreover, she almost immediately responded to my follow-up emails with detailed answers. It's clear why this business is booked up ... read more
Great staff! Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Dr. Walsh and Lori are especially amazing. My baby Jackson is only a couple weeks in and is doing so much better. I can't wait to see him back at 100%.
Our pup was very badly hurt in an accident that was so serious he might have needed to be euthanized. He was very lucky and recovered with care at home but of course employers aren't keen on giving leave for sick pets... So we hunted for medical day boarding with someone we could trust to strictly follow his medication and recuperation regemine. Trust me when i tell you that is not easy to find in LA or at least in west LA Well we found that and more at C.A.R.E!!! Do your poorly let a favor and bring them here!
I cant say enough amazing things about this magical place. From Dr Polkowski, Dr O'Neill, Dr Waldman to our physical therapist Katie, and our techs Lori, Will, Jen and the front desk ladies Jamie, Scheana, Leila - the list goes on and on and on - I am so grateful for this facility and the people in it. My Fonzie was diagnosed w IVDD back in August. He rapidly was becoming paralyzed (in a short period of 24hrs) after a game of catch and was rushed into emergency surgery with no promises he would walk again. To say that I fel... read more
Love this place! All of the vets, therapists, and assistants are super nice and patient. My little guy had double knee surgery (ligament and patella issues) in November, and he has made such a great recovery in just 3 months. He's able to go on short walks and doesn't show any pain. The staff seems to truly care about the needs of your animal and caters each session based on those needs. I have to say that I am a huge fan of the acupuncture. It really helped manage my little guy's pain during the first couple of months. As a... read more
Highly recommend this animal rehab center. My 11 yr old pit was having trouble walking 3 months ago and had become depressed and inactive. She is now very much her former, happy, active self. The staff is loving and very knowledgeable.
I wish there were more stars. This was THE MOST WONDERFUL place and the BEST place to bring our, somewhat over-zealous dogs for day care. Excellent, amazing, kind, knowledgable staff. You absolutely can NOT ask for better or more conscientious treatment. We boarded them for three days and after the first day, they couldn't wait to get over to CARE and see their newfound friends and staff. I would single people out, but everyone we came in contact with was so kind and professional and loving of every dog that came in that I c... read more
