Dr. O'Neil has been amazing with my dog who's developed neurological problems and is having trouble with her hind legs, and is developing arthritis in her front legs and shoulders. The Physical Therapy has helped her regain muscle mass and we've learned exercises and therapies we can do at home to help her regain stability and strength. The team has been great to deal with!
My dog tore a ligament and was told by our vet she would need surgery ASAP ( at a cost of $7000-$10,000 , plus the possibility that it could probably happen again) - so I went on Google to look for surgeons in my area and stumbled across CARE - after reading all the reviews on here I discovered that there may be an alternative option to an operation. So we came along for a consultation and was given a little bit of hope so signed up for a course. And now, just like many of the other reviewers in here , I cannot sing their p... read more
This is a miracle of a place. Dr. Pilkowski and Jen are so cool!!! Our 14 yr old min pin wasn't walking one month ago! Now he's back to being his old puppy self!!! Amazing place, caring and loving. I trust them 100% with my pups.
Everyone at CARE has been wonderful in caring for my baby girl, Bella. They take the time to explain each exercise, why it needs to be done, and confirming I'm comfortable doing them at home. You can tell everyone here truly loves animals!
I've been putting off writing this review for a few reasons. First of all, pretty much every review they already have is five stars, which makes me seem like a total grouch (I promise I'm not). Second of all, I typically avoid reviewing anything unless I only have good things to say, but I technically still owe them a review for the free ice pack they gave me at my first appt, so here goes. First I have to say that overall, the vets and therapists here seem extremely competent and caring, I especially loved our dog's regu... read more
Business response:
First and foremost, I apologize for your dissatisfaction with our services; we strive to give everyone the same five-star experience reported by so many of our clients. I would like to extend the offer of a complimentary re-check with a veterinarian. I would be grateful to be able to remedy your concerns; if you are interested, please call the front desk to schedule. While we do have a high case load, please do not midjudge the size of our clientele for lack of quality care. As the only facility in Los Angeles utilizing a... read more
This center has been amazing in helping Lola recover from her spine injury and in helping us understand more about it. Everyone is caring and professional and genuinely interested in helping her improve. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice in coming here.
This place is great. Has worked wonders for my pup. Staff is awesome. Facilities and care better than one could hope. Thank you to everyone that works here Ps have been to the other rehab places. I think this is the best!
Yes, CARE deserves all the rave revues. A well staffed well equipped facility filled with knowledgable veterinary professionals who love animals and understand how much your pet means to you. Our dog Charley is very large for his breed, and that size brings problems when you get to be 11, like Charley is. We've tried everything as his breathing and mobility has been slipping these past two years, dreading the inevitable when walking may become too difficult. Finally, a google search found California Animal Rehab and we mad... read more
I was referred here by my general vet for my eldest dogs urinary incontinence & they were able to help her greatly - as it was partially related to lower back pain. I would & have recommended them, especially Dr.Fishman to friends & neighbors.
