Dr. Waldman and her staff are amazing. Can't say enough good things about everyone here and the outstanding care and concern given to our dog, Murphy. So grateful that they have essentially helped him to walk again at 13 years old, after disc surgery and removal of a large tumor. Everyone is SO kind and helpful.
I love all the Vets and therapists and technicians here. They have such expertise, are patient with the dogs and me. They have not only worked miracles on my dog but taught me how to do all the exercises at home. I don't know what we would have done after my dog's ACL surgery if I hadn't found them
LIFE SAVERS!!! Truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My dog had suffered a stroke and had no use of his hind legs. Now just a couple months later he is walking again and improving all the time!! Dr. Polkowski, Juan and Katie are his dream team but Lourie, Michelle,Will and the whole team there are FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Bertolone and the entire CARE staff. I brought my senior shepherd mix here to help with her very bad arthritis. I only wish I had taken her sooner. They were able to diagnosis her specific ailments, adjust her meds, give us at home exercises and ease her pain. I highly recommend them.
My dog Harley has elbow dysphasia and the staff here has been so helpful and the acupuncture has helped him amazingly! The people here are so nice!
Recently took my dog to see Dr. Polkowski for a consultation after my dog suffered a spinal injury. She spent 2 hours with my dog and I. I am looking forward to his continued treatment and optimistic the team at CARe will help him feel better!
I brought my dog here for rehabilitation following IVDD surgery. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone with a post-operative or neurological pet. During an electro-acupuncture session, the electrical clips fell off the needles and were not reattached for a significant period of time. Despite repeated requests, no licensed acupuncturist or veterinarian returned to assess or correct the issue, and the session continued without proper supervision. They consistently ignored what my dog needed and pushed for acupuncture instead of aqua therapy. The acupuncture was inappropriately done and my dog cried out in pain on more than one occasion during it. Instead of listening to me, the therapist Juan thought it was more appropriate to repeatedly make fun of my first name. When my husband took my dog instead of me, Juan brought up how "weird" my name was to him even after being asked to stop.
