When you walk in you are welcomed with a video of dead animal flesh being ground up. It's disturbing and when I spoke to the manager they said "we will never change". Wow! I took my dog Luv to get a nail trim and said NEVER MUZZLE her she has a gum disease and it will hurt her. She is also the sweetest passive dog. They walk her out with a muzzle on.
