I have been taking my foster dogs here for a couple of months. The staff and vets are very kind and i enjoy coming here. Our young foster pup has made more progress than we ever expected and we could not have done it without the CARE team.

Great first session with Walter. Care came recommended by a friend and they have been very helpful in setting a program for him to build strength and movement in his paw. Highly recommended.

I've waited several years to write this, just to be absolutely 100% sure. We are bewildered by the number of positive reviews that this place gets. A few years ago, I took our dog in for examination for a limp to his paw, caused by him it being stepped on and him yanking it away. That's all it was. When she was brought out, I was handed a written evaluation that gave a breakdown of all the things apparently wrong with his body - not just that paw but legs, spine, neck, the works, all with fundamental probe,sm according ... read more

I'm going to be quite straight up about my review. This review has nothing to do with staff behavior. However, more so about their service. I have a dog with a high C spine tumor that barely survived his surgery. Initially tetraplegic, now just unable to walk however moving his extremities on the right and sensation intact on left. First of all the pricing is ridiculous for the services they offer. Rehabilitation initially includes them attempting to "express" my dog for the first 15 minutes of the 1 hour session. I'm rea... read more

Business response:

Hi Dr. R., Thank you for providing us with this feedback; I am so glad that your pup was able to make it through the surgery and that you sought us out for care. As mentioned to you by our Hospital Manager, safety is of paramount concern, and the veterinarian overseeing your case did not feel that the plan you indicated would be safe. I am surprised to learn of needles being left in your dog, as this did not come up during your conversation with our Hospital Manager the morning of July 5th. Rest assured, we will solidify... read more

Used to be 10 stars! Spent I think close to 20k there over two years. When I needed them the most to help me in my most desperate time, my senior dog got cancer, an aggressive form at that. Her primary care giver wanted to send me a phone number of a person that takes end of life photos, then she cc'd these responses to an oncology veterinary group I had been requesting. Had she just given me a phone call to discuss her scans, had she not referred me out to a horrible vet that misread her scans, I could have gotten the pr... read more

Horrible experience. I'm actually surprised my dog didn't get hurt badly. They charged $350 to watch my dog walk, do 10 minutes of acupuncture and give me a home exercise program. My dog had just had knee surgery and since they couldn't do the regular tests they kept me waiting n the room for 25 minutes so it would look like the treatment was an hour long. Very unkind . Will not recommend

Business response:

Hi Gabriela, I am so sorry to hear that your experience did not give you the satisfaction with our services that our clients generally experience. I would love to have the chance to speak with you personally to see what happened, as I cannot locate you in our appointments, and our initial evaluations are scheduled according the following outline, in addition to other elements: • 120 minutes with a veterinarian to: -Receive an extensive and detailed medical history from owner -Watch and record gai... read more

5 star for their care and treatment. That's only until your dog gets any reaction to their underwater treadmill water. They took weeks to respond back and forth, pretending they are reviewing materials, I had to constantly follow up, only to then spend 20 seconds with their Mgr Adrian to deflect any responsibility. Do not expect any true care in that regard. They only care about their money. Also- I'd like to add that the staff- especially the therapists and aids and doctors are really good, nice, and very caring. That part... read more

Business response:

Hi Monika, I am sorry to hear of what your pet is going through. After thoroughly reviewing the records you sent over, we came to the conclusion that what the doctor you saw a couple of weeks after your visit with us documented as the likely cause of the problem, would have been impossible to occur at CARE. I am sorry that you and our Hospital Manager could not come to a mutually satisfactory solution during the several minutes he spent on the phone with you in search of a path forward. Wishing you and your furry friend ... read more

Very rushed and the doctors do not communicate with the physical therapists within the visits. The PT is rushed and keeps saying next time we'll do more.

Business response:

Hello! I am glad that we were able to speak on the phone to clear up what happened that day and to pair you with a therapist that is a better match; I was very glad to hear from you that the session went well and your concerns were addressed. Please do not hesitate to reach out if I can help you with anything further.

Honestly just super annoyed and pissed because I had already waited two weeks for my appointment for my 16 year old. They call and want to move my appointment by 30 minutes, ok. Then they call again and want to move it right into rush hour when my dog has anxiety in cars already. Then they offer an appointment 10 days out. Fuck this place.

Business response:

Hi Jenn, I am sorry to hear that the events of that day caused you stress and inconvenience. On the day of your appointment one of our doctors was experiencing a rapidly-evolving emergency that caused us to have to make multiple calls to reschedule as we received updates throughout the day and correspondingly had no choice but to reschedule appointments. It was our hope that we would be able to accommodate you that same day, but unfortunately our doctor's emergency did not resolve in time for her to make it in that day. ... read more
