I MADE THE EFFORT TO BE ON TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENT ONLY TO HAVE TO WAIT 45 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS CALLED FOR MY CLEANUP. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. YOUR PERSONNEL WAS APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE DELAY. MY TIME IS IMPORTANT AND I DONT HAVE TIME WAITING THIS LONG PERIOD TO BE SERVICES. HOPEFULLY, YOU CAN DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE ON THIS MATTER
I came in for a dental cleaning. The person who I had in the past was great, he was professional, was fun and made me feel comfortable. Not sure if he is still there, but I had a new person and I had the feeling she might be new as a hygienist. First thing she wrapped gauze around my tongue and asked me to stick it out. For 15 mins of dental work, i was there for 2 full hours.
they forgot to give me my free movie pass
I can't believe I had to wait 3 hour to see the dentist. My appointment was at 11:30 and that call me in at 2:35.
The doctors are competent and somewhat respectful. The nurses, however, clearly didn't like me and treated me with disrespect. They assumes I was Mexican, didn't speak English, and didn't have an education. Despite seeing for six months, they would stlll speak Spanish to me, until I told them I didn't speak Spanish. The doctors' assistant nurses clearly did not like me and it showed.
Ever since I went in to get an x-Ray and to fill any cavities found, I have not been able to chew properly. Whatever cavities I had didn't bother be and did not cause me any pain. Now, both sides of my mouth hurt when I chew. I have to nibble my food with my front teeth like a weirdo. This is the first time this has ever happened. I had never seen the dentist that worked on my teeth before, so he must be new. I'm so disappointed and in pain.
Rough and painful. I was shaking and in tears.
They took care of the problem it hurt like hell however it did take care of the problem waiting for the final crown to arrive to finish the treatment
