Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I had a mishap with a dentist and California Dental Group hasnt taken any action to fix this.
I do not recommend this place! When I went, they took out a tooth and asked if I wanted to check if I could apply for credit to get it replaced. I said yes, to see if carecredit would except me, not to apply. When they came back they said the accepted me, and I asked when do I could let you know by once I decide to want to go with actually applying, they said that I have been accepted and they'll start on my replacement right away. At first the dental implant seemed like a good idea, until I found out the price. I had chosen to get my tooth removed and an implant to be put in. When I gave it some thought, the doctor walked in and asked what were we going to do today, I told him only the tooth extraction, because the implant was a little too much money, and I would go back once I did my taxes. They are not true to they promised! I am late 2 hours in my job! They encouraged me to make an appointment even though I have work promised me that I will be just in and out but not going to happen they dont care! Bunch of liar
10/27/15 I already told them that I have to go to work at 8:00 am this day so I cannot make it I told the Wednesday is my day off so anytime, but they told me on this day will be in and out so I was expecting that so I agree this day I come but they say the guy who will deliver my denture still on the way they put me in trouble with my boss
Receptionist staff were unfriendly! I have visited this location many times and I have never been greeted with such attitude. I had a $50 off card that one of the financial advisors gave me and the receptionist staff did not want to take it. The only person who made my experience enjoyable was the man who did my teeth cleaning
I was annoyed that I waited 30 min to get a 10 min procedure done. My appointment was at 5pm and I left at 6pm.
I wish i didnt have to give a star. Terrible and very weird experience. Came in for a cleaning and whitening and i get a lady that gives me x rays, the dentist comes and says i need a bunch of fillings and POSSIBLY a root canal??? POSSIBLY, by not looking at the x rays, but my mouth. I have no pain, i do not need a root canal, i would know if i needed one by the discomfort, and she should be able to tell by the xrays.
