I will be looking for a new dental office to go to from now on. Wait times are ridiculous at this place. I ended up leaving and never getting what I wanted done. Front desk staff are a piece of work as well.

I MADE THE EFFORT TO BE ON TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENT ONLY TO HAVE TO WAIT 45 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS CALLED FOR MY CLEANUP. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. YOUR PERSONNEL WAS APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE DELAY. MY TIME IS IMPORTANT AND I DONT HAVE TIME WAITING THIS LONG PERIOD TO BE SERVICES. HOPEFULLY, YOU CAN DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE ON THIS MATTER

I came in for a dental cleaning. The person who I had in the past was great, he was professional, was fun and made me feel comfortable. Not sure if he is still there, but I had a new person and I had the feeling she might be new as a hygienist. First thing she wrapped gauze around my tongue and asked me to stick it out. Then she poked me in my gum which really hurt. I recoiled and she said that I had sensitivity in the area. Not true, she was not being careful.
