Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I had a mishap with a dentist and California Dental Group hasnt taken any action to fix this.

I came in for some fillings on wednesday (1/25/17). my appointment was at 9, I was on time and was called in within 5 mins of waiting. upon being in the room for some reason I was not seen until 55 mins later. and the anesthesia was administered in the area opposite to the procedure. the dentist stopped and checked my file. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THE DENTIST WALKS IN SAYS HI AND OPEN YOUR MOUTH. without any explanation, as a patient i dont need to ask for one because the dentist and staff are professionals and is ... read more

Evryone is very helpful, very good service. Whta I like the most is that you dont have to wait for a long time in the lobby to get service. And that once you go inside they take care of you fast. Thanks everyone. For the great service.

They butchered my mouth, 3 weeks on a root canal that was never finished, and had to be removed from my mouth from another dentist, the staff was no help told me I had a low tolerance to pain, refused to give me antibiotics, till I had a bad infection, 3 days after the first 6 hours of work on my mouth,they pegged me as a junkie, when I had told them time after time I was a supervisor at my warehouse, they still did not believe me,they thought of me as nothing more as a druggie looking for a fix, they still took 2400$ from m... read more

The process has been pleasant, al except for being poked on my lip with the syringe that was meant to numb my cheeks (for the filling procedure). I felt that the doctor was in a rush, or something. Either way, I've never had such an incident occur before. I'm hesitant in getting my third filling there, but I need them done. The first appointment was free because I came the precious week for the emergency clinic event. With that said, I did not except to wait an extra hour for my filling to be done. I do not recommend this place! When I went, they took out a tooth and asked if I wanted to check if I could apply for credit to get it replaced. I said yes, to see if carecredit would except me, not to apply. When they came back they said the accepted me, and I asked when do I could let you know by once I decide to want to go with actually applying, they said that I have been accepted and they'll start on my replacement right away. I scheduled for xray, examination and cleaning. After my cleaning, they told me that there are no dentist available for exams and the x ray machine was not available. I would appreciate it if they could call me ahead of time to reschedule. Very disappointed.
