They are not true to they promised! I am late 2 hours in my job! They encouraged me to make an appointment even though I have work promised me that I will be just in and out but not going to happen they dont care! Bunch of liar
10/27/15 I already told them that I have to go to work at 8:00 am this day so I cannot make it I told the Wednesday is my day off so anytime, but they told me on this day will be in and out so I was expecting that so I agree this day I come but they say the guy who will deliver my denture still on the way they put me in trouble with my boss
My first treatment found my partial (flipper) the wrong size. After extraction of two lower teeth and suturing, it was decided to try to improvise and customize it to fit properly. This was an hour attempt putting in and out of my very sore mouth as the novocaine was wearing down. Then, it was decided to do another impression over my very sore gums and represent it to the lab. I'm don't happy
The fee were higher than many other places. The staffs were rowdy and unprofessional. The dentist's work is something else. He is rough when it comes to treating patients especially on your gum and teeth. He doesn't care if your gum is bleeding or if you were in pain. The response to the pain complain is extremely slow and it took them at least 15-20 minutes to give patient any pain relief. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It was very bad experience.
I'm not happy
The bad service I have specialize your doctor's assistance. They don't know what to do. They need to go to college .
I'm giving 2 stars because I waited for 44 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I understand things can get busy but there was no communications at all from the staff to me regarding them being behind schedule.
