The dental work was wonderfully done, the dentist was great- the only thing was that my children were asked to wait in the waiting room, which is fine- thedental assistant said they would be watching cartoons. However, later I found out per my kids that she did not change the channel. I am pretty stricked on what my kids watch and dont watch, SO i was displeased that the channel was not changed.
I waited for over 1.5 after my appointment to get my cleaning started going.
I have been going to California Dental, for about 3 years with ok experience, but last visit had my teeth cleaned, And the girl burned my lip real bad.
The waiting time was so long. I could have done a lot more within that 3-4 hour wait.
Please do not discuss my insurance or billing issues with my 16 year old Son Benjamin. Call me directly. This made me a bit upset being a client there for years and you speaking to my child about this. I would expect an apology and explanation to him that this should not be done, next time he comes in. Have been very happy before but last night I had to wait way too long. I missed on a meeting with friends. My next appointment is going to be my way of deciding whether I stay or go elsewhere
I unfortunately have to give you a low rating. This is the second appointment I have had where I have waited more then an hour past my appointment time before being seen. In each instance it was almost like a mistake had been made and I was forgotten about. The receptionist was always very kind about it, but very frustrating! Dentist need unlimited patience at all times - their income depends on clients - nomatter how great they are at what they do - they must keep mindful that their growth within their profession will determine their attitude which cleary during my exsperience contributed to their overall service (not excellent but not horrific) - my service wasnt free so it should have been excellent. Note: you never know who walks through your doors - so everyone should be treated assif they were President Obama.
