The only thing I like about this place is Dr.Hassan and his dental assitants. They take their time to do rheir job well. The only dowfall about them is that they rush everything,their scheduling system is unstable. Not to mention the front desk ladies,they are rude and have no ability to schedule patients.

This was by far the worst and most uncomfortable dental experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, the dentists had two different reviews of what was wrong with my teeth. After leaving, my teeth were worst than before I came in. I felt I was conned into more work than I actually needed. I have contemplated reported these dentists to the proper authorities. Beware of this location.

I had less than satisfactory experience. I was prepped for a crown and 30 minutes after leaving the office the temporary crown fell out of my mouth. I don't believe dental asst. should be allowed to cement crown on patients. This is the second time I have had a bad experience, the first time a different asst. left cement all over the crown leaving it rough and uncomfortable. I came to this office by referral, because they accepted denti-cal at the time. They did try to accommodate my needs, but left me with two teeth prepped for crowns without even temporaries, and never got around to placing the crowns because they stopped accepting Denti-Cal, didn't have "the right size" crowns, and even though I called back for several months, never completed the job, which they billed for. Everytime I go here, the dentist is different. The last dentist is not personable and it seems like he is in a hurry to clean my teeth. No xrays done on my teeth. Service has diminished throughout the years

My 92 yr old mother needed a bridge. It has taken 4 visits with shots being administered as well pain as fitting and refitting the new bridge which still has not been done correctly meanwhile blaming my mothers gums for growing to quickly for the bridge not fitting correctly. I can't believe these people...

My cleaning was good, but I have a couple questions about the place. Why is the staff different every time I go in? I never see the same Doctor, admin or asst twice. Why was I told to have 3 cavities filled last appointment(which I ignored) and this appointment only one(and a different one, I might add)? Did the other three just go away on their own, or is there some sort of push to buy something I don't need, like when getting an oil change on your car? Please fill me in California Dental! Sorry to say my second time there because we loved the dentist the first time but sadly left a very bad impression. I made an appointment on sunday as it was for my son and didn't want to take him out of school. His appointment was for 1:00 pm and we were in the waiting room for an hour. Time is precious and the receptionist should have called to say they were running behind as sundays are a day for many things.
