We had Sue come out to measure our windows for shutters on the recommendation of a friend. She is a lovely lady & did a perfect job of measuring! She even came back once to explain a possible problem with our installation due to some tile work we had previously had done in the kitchen. She demonstrated 2 different solutions to the problem so we could make an informed decision. Our installer was very professional & had all of the windows done in about 4 1/2 hrs. Alex and his team were fair on price, and fast with the delivery. (3 weeks before install for hunter Douglas Plantation shutters) while the other two bids I got were about $600 more and had to wait 12 weeks. Very clean and fast install. We'll be using them again to finish the rest of our house in a few months. Alex came out on the bid and also called to check on us after install; owner place high value in getting it right! Sight for sore eyes.

I ordered 3-1/2 inch shutters for my whole house (3 bed - 2 bath) and when I saw the result, I was so happy. There was no issues at all. The whole process was pain free for me and very reasonably priced. Sue at California Windows was the best! She was very professional and measured all the windows and one slider all the while holding a steady conversation with me. Kim was awesome too. Answered my calls and questions. Alex Tatara came to our home and spent a lot of time talking to me and sharing different options for window treatments, specifically shutters and vertical honeycombs. No pressure at all. He was honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The product I ordered arrived exactly on schedule. Our installer, Himzo, was amazing.
