Alex Tatara came to our home and spent a lot of time talking to me and sharing different options for window treatments, specifically shutters and vertical honeycombs. No pressure at all. He was honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The product I ordered arrived exactly on schedule. Our installer, Himzo, was amazing.
