Exemplary sqles staff I have purchased new/used Ford trucks at several Ford dealerships around the state of Arizona and one in Nevada over the past 40 years. Great service, Happy Customer, Highly Recommend I had the opportunity to get a new Ford Explorer and in doing so worked with Eric and Herb at camelback ford. I wasn’t the easiest customer. I showed up without having done much research or planning, I knew I likely had unreal expectations but figured we will check out options. Both Eric & the dealership were AWESOME I was looking for months for a SUV & wasn't satisfied with anything I was finding on the market. I went to this dealership & was fortunate enuf to meet Eric in New car sales. He actually LISTENED to all that I wanted, what I didn't like & made suggestions from there. Fair price, fair trade, happy camper Bought a great 2017 STX from Camelback Ford. After some negotiations, we agreed on a fair price and trade in. Omar and JJ were great during the sales process, and Arthur was quick with the finance. Also not pushy. Part of the agreement was that they would install an OEM backup camera. I personally want to thank Herb, the GM for getting it done through the Service Dept in a timely manner.

Different way to by a car My wife and I were in need of a late model SUV. We have a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited that we love but our daughter said she would like to have it for the space (3 kids). So our search began and Camelback Ford had a 2018 Ford Edge with a moonroof (mandatory) and several other options. So I sent my wife and friend up to Phoenix to check it out, we live in Yuma. My service was excellent! 5 stars Excellent went in to get broken tail light fixed. They didn’t have the kart so they gave me a loaner car sent me on my way while they wanted fir the part.

From sale to service, Camelback Ford excels I have a long relationship with Camelback Ford (“CF”). I have purchased many vehicles from CF including one of the first 500 GT Cobras and most recently a 2019 Raptor. I was foolish enough to decide to “save” (read spend a lot of $$) a 1997 F250. I spent hours in service with Krista scheming on whether there was anything on that truck we have not changed out or re-furnished. Having taken possession of the new Raptor, I had to sell the F 250.
