We bought a car Mike was so helpful and made our experience very pleasant. He was determined to find us a car that was appropriate for us. Pleasant Experience Many times buying a vehicle is a painful and unpleasant experience. However,’from the time I spoke to Eric until the time I got my new truck, I was pleasantly surprised how painless it was. Eric was knowledgeable about the trucks and provided me emails as well as a YouTube video of a possible truck! While looking at trucks, Eric was able to match me with the best truck with the best options to fit my wish list! Eric was very responsive to emails and calls.

Great experience! Eric made the whole experience of purchasing a new vehicle stress free and enjoyable. I have already told the story to many people that we now have "our guy" at Ford. Like Family Buying a car from Eric at Camelback Ford was like doing business with an old friend. There weren't any of the usual dealer games and upsells. We enjoyed the low pressure environment from sales to financing. Would highly recommend.

Overall very good experience Our sales person is very knowledgeable about his products, very friendly, worked to get us the best deal possible. I know his mane objective is to sell us a SUV but he did it with attention to detail and hard work.
