Great customer service! Made a 3 hour drive not knowing what to expect from a dealer we had never dealt with. Genuine care was demonstrated from the start. Terry and Eric are real professionals. Not once did we feel pressured or cornered. Our thoughts and concerns were respected and addressed accordingly. Even went and checked out another dealer in the area but they couldn't even compete with Ford. Highly recommend it if you're truly looking to be taken care of and wanting to go home satisfied.

Above and Beyond!!! Eric and Terry were great off the bat and really wanted to make sure we went home happy! We told them we were In between cars and looking around and Eric was nothing but honest about his thoughts and they both respected that this was a big decision. They offered us a great deal before we looked at other vehicles in the area and they even let us take the car for the evening. Best car buying experience i have ever had!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever been through! Eric, Terry, and sabeur made this very enjoyable and brought back the fun and excitement in purchasing a new vehicle! On top of everything they were able to get the best price state wide! Very Satisfied with my Purchase Experience Just Purchased a 2018 F150. This was my first time at Camelback Ford. My salesman Greg and manager Tony made this a very smooth satisfying experience. They really went above and beyond to find me the right truck. Turned out despite their large inventory the right truck for me was at another dealer. Always room for improvement The sales person and other employees were professional and likable. The fact that the sales people could not find a pre owned vehicle we originally asked about that had been posted on website was a little worrisome. In the end, we ended up with a new vehicle and think it was probably a better choice. I did like that the vehicles were brought to the door and there was no waiting in the hot sun.

Perfect fit! Alfonso, Erica, and Frank all gave us their full attention on a Saturday evening and stayed with us throughout the deal. At the end of three hours of negotiating, signing, and instruction we left in our new Ford Focus and left our trade-in behind. Financing and license plate transfer completed late on Saturday night - fantastic! Monday morning we stopped with a couple of questions and had them quickly and cordially answered to our complete satisfaction.

Loved my Experience with Burudi "Rudi" Mwonyonyi Rudi Mwonyonyi was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable and easy when communicating our interests and concerns. I mentioned my wife was under the weather and would get back with him. He was the only contact I had who asked how my wife was feeling and waited until I could get back with him. My wife and I would highly recommend him.
