Awesome experience! I was looking for a vehicle and contacted several dealerships. I started talking with Eric Steffes from Camelback Ford in Phoenix. I told him what I was looking for and helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted. I had a limited amount of time, when other employees jumped in to help me get the best deal and quickly process the paperwork. They were very attentive and friendly. Knowledgeable The sales team was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. After a long search and many test drives of several different makes & models we felt confident the purchase we were making was right for our family. They don’t push you to make the easiest or fastest buy but really cared about the long term fit of the vehicle for your needs.

Purchased a new Lincoln I recently purchased a new Lincoln MKX from Camelback Lincoln. It was an amazing experience. The Sales people were very helpful and attentive. The finance man was very informative. I look forward to dealing with Camelback Lincoln in the future.

Good Service I had my car service done at camelback ford last week. The service was good. The service advisor was Titus and he is really good in taking care of the customer. Even the recall which was released couple of weeks ago was completed. When I called the customer care initially they mentioned that recall will take half day etc etc but all my service, recall, paint protection everything done in the same visit and Titus helped to get this completed in one shot. Intermittant & new (to me) dealer Camelback tried to fix the MKT after Fiesta Lincoln refused to be my dealer because I was unwilling to accept the bs they were trying to give me. BEWARE of FIESTA! Anyway, Lincoln factory put me with Michael at Camelback. He handled the problem quickly and professionally. I was a great change. Don't hesitate to use Camelback service, and, I would guess, sales.

Great salesman (Jason) and great Finance person.. My 2017 Explorer (previous dealer loaner vehicle) was not properly checked out prior to putting it on the sales lot. Rear bucket seats (motorized) don’t work? No manuals in vehicle. Dealer is correcting..

Amazing Experience I went in looking for a used F 150 and I ended up buying a new f 150 Sport 4x4. I was very please with our sales person Miguel Gonzalez. He never made us feel pressured and was very patient with all our questions and concerns. I am not an easy customer and they all did a great job.
