One of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I mainly did it thru the internet to start and the next available Saturday they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and had the deal worked up. The whole process took about 3 hours. Would definitly go back when I am looking for a new vehicle. Our salesman Antonio Dominguez was great!! He was very knowledgeable on the car we purchased. He walked us thru all the inside and outside options. Very good experience over all.
The people were great!!! I mean it was even fun compared to other dealerships that I have been to. For instance, they made a bet where I would wave to them as I took the car out for a test drive and they gave me a buck to do it! Those little things go along way with me. Anyways, most of all they offered a no haggle pricing at all for the car that I wanted and gave me all the incentives that I wanted as well. All in all, they were great and I totally recommend going there! Thanks!

Overall Francis was there when I needed him, he repsonded quickly and tried to help any way he could. Fantastic Service. We just stopped in to take a quick look, Joseph was absolutely in tune with what we were looking for, never made it over to Dodge. We are extremely hapy with the purchase, especially after being stranded in Pheonix for almost a week frm our 09 GMC Yukon blowing its motor.
The overall experience was wonderful and Ed, Antonio and Scott ensured a prompt transaction as promised. The only MINOR negative was $300 loaded on the vehicle for "paint protectant" and wasn't disclosed to me but I discovered in finance office. Other than that "snake oil" purchase I am pleased and will buy from CB Ford in the future.
I am very pleased with the sales people, particularly Michael McAdams. I was not pleased with the high pressure from the finance manager, Ray Garcia, to purchase the MPP (probably to get a commission). I had been at the dealer for over 6 hours waiting for a F250 with the features I wanted to be located at another dealer, so I was exhausted and impatient when I met with Ray Garcia to sign the contract. unlike most dealership salesmen , Antonio is a pleasure to deal with, concerned about the needs of the customer, no high pressure, he's honest and leaves nothing unfinished
They were very helpful and I was able to get my Mustang at the price that was affordable for my husband I within our budget. Mike did an awesome job and he was super friendly and made my husband and I feel very welcome.
