Boy was I surprised. I had been looking for a new car for a whole now and have had no luck with the several dealers I've stopped at. Either because of price or financing. I decided to stop at Camelback Ford and fell in love with a Jeep. We were quickly able to quickly to agree on numbers and to my surprise got a way better interest rate. Scheduled appointment with Lane for 3/21/13. He was as nice and professional in person as he was on the phone. A straight-shooter who came through on all we discussed. Worked FOR me rather than just to make the sale. I am extremely pleased with the car, Lane and the dealership. From the minute I walked in the front door, I felt welcome. I came to Camelback Ford for my first new vehicle experience. It was time give up my 1997 F150 and see what's new for 2013, and I left with a beautiful 4x4 STX at a reasonable price. I'm glad to remain a Ford guy (a company who not only stayed alive but thrived while GM and Chrysler took plundered money from the American people) and I'm glad to be a Camelback customer from now on. As far as the atmosphere of the dealership, I did not see one person who wasn't busy as a bee! That must mean something good!
The sales man Antonio Dominguez was very helpful went out of his way to get the deal done he went beyond he is a good dedicated employee

Our service experience has been outstanding with service advisor Krista and she set us up with salesman Billile Hansen who spent seven hours with us to make sure he answered every question about the vehicles we were considering. Billie even drove us to the bank to get funds for our transaction.
