My experience was very unique, to say the least. I believe management meant well, but appeared to be very unorganized and unsync'd, which caused me to visit the dealership several times in an attempt to purchase the vehicle with finance. Finally after three attempts, I was able to purchase the 2025 Aviator my wife and I wanted. Much thanks to Sara and Brittany, my sales persons, for helping me through the purchase process.

The staff is friendly and the environment there is comfortable and pleasant. We were treated with respect and they are very personable. We wanted to buy the vehicle we found used there, but found some serious reliability issues that are almost out of warranty, so we unfortunately didn't buy.

Excellent support from the sales team even though they were short staffed they did all the could to make my purchase fair and fast. Specifically, Sarah, she made us feel comfortable and welcome. She is a hard worker! I purchased a Lincoln Nautilus bit the vehicle type is not listed below so I just pick something.
