I've been a gm owner all my life. Recently another gmc recall could possibly effect my 2024 at4x level and it's 6.2 liter engine. Out of frustration and reading the good reviews on the ford f150 I decided to take a test drive. We had a great experience. My wife worked out the deal from Tucson with the internet staff. When we arrived, Mitch helped us and he was absolutely great. Good deal, no arguing, just an all around good experience. Only negative was long wait for the business guy to finalize things. I had arranged my own loan, and to be frank, the guy seemed a bit slimy trying to sell us stuff we didn;t want; but again overall a great experience with the salespeople.

Great sales guy. GM was awesome! Finance guy was great-even with paying cash for the vehicle. Sakes manager present on 5/18/2025, not so much. Overall, happy with the experience+
