If I’m being generous, the buying experience was neutral. The salesman that I worked with was great, but that’s about it. I drove 6 hours to finish a deal I had agreed to. When I arrived, I had to completely renegotiate the deal for another 4 hours. The finance person tried to make me feel ignorant (to put it nicely) for not buying his extended warranty. Sales team kept me up date on my truck order but once it was at their premises they became too pushy. I would buy from them again, however.
