We had a fine experience all around. The salesman, the manager, his manager, and the finance person were all reasonable people who treated us with courtesy and respect. The process from start to finish was smooth and uncomplicated. After purchase, we stopped by at the service department to go over some parts in a box that we wanted identified and their purpose explained.
