Great customer service and working hard to get the customer the best deal and showing the vehicle to them with all information being put out and explaining the features of the vehicle.
If I’m being generous, the buying experience was neutral. The salesman that I worked with was great, but that’s about it. I drove 6 hours to finish a deal I had agreed to. When I arrived, I had to completely renegotiate the deal for another 4 hours. The finance person tried to make me feel ignorant (to put it nicely) for not buying his extended warranty. Also told me I couldn’t afford the deal I negotiated, but if I added his warranty onto the payments then I could… That all changed when I told them I’d buy it cash. The best... read more
