I appreciate the staff’s ability to answer our technical questions yesterday. It was also refreshing that multiple sales staff offered pleasant exchanges and welcoming comments in addition to Kolton. Our experience in the past at Ford dealerships has been that there is aggressive sales and then very poor help in service. We go to Camelback Ford because of Angela. I also appreciate that Kolton never pressured us; he and Brian addressed all our questions and accommodated all our requests about multiple vehicles.

Good experience with she's, but the finance department needs some work. Took hours to get to a decent rate when the Ford website clearly states the rate on certified pre owned financing. No explanation as to why they couldn't honor the For quoted rate. Besides that, service department was terrific and the bulk of the she's prices was easy and the salesman very personable.
