Enjoyed the experience. Process was long (to be expected) but went very smoothly. Christian was great, continued the same great service after the sale was completed. I would come back when we look for our next vehicle.

If I’m being generous, the buying experience was neutral. The salesman that I worked with was great, but that’s about it. I drove 6 hours to finish a deal I had agreed to. When I arrived, I had to completely renegotiate the deal for another 4 hours. The finance person tried to make me feel ignorant (to put it nicely) for not buying his extended warranty. Also told me I couldn’t afford the deal I negotiated, but if I added his warranty onto the payments then I could… That all changed when I told them I’d buy it cash. The best... read more

Sales team kept me up date on my truck order but once it was at their premises they became too pushy. I would buy from them again, however.
