1st vehicle we bought had a nail in the tire. 2nd vehicle we bought a may have AC issues that we are investigating. Salewomen was nice and positive. She has also has been responsive to our concerns. Both vehicles were Navigators. Rating may improve if there is nothing wrong with AC.

I really liked the internet buying experience with them but I should have asked more questions before looking at it. Would have gone really smooth but they forgot to do the software recall on it before selling it. Nothing serious just had to wait a bit longer until fixed. They apologized a lot and happy overall!
