Professional and provided me with superior customer service. Mark, Peter, Francisco and Travis ALL exceeded my expectations after visiting 2 other Ford dealerships! I will and have recommended this dealership to others since my purchase.

My Dad always bought new cars at Camelback Ford, way back to when it was under a prior ownership and name: Covey Ford Lincoln Mercury. I have kept up the family tradition, always buying new, and the dealership service department keeps a car “like new” until the next purchase. The top executive, Herb Jernukian, New Car Sales Manager Peter Purcarelu, and Service Advisor Cherish Middaugh are knowledgeable, professional, and are the reason I recommend Camelback Ford to friends and colleagues.

I called Camelback Ford service department to get a oil change on my 2021 Ford F150 after arriving from Indiana while I was there I asked Tom Knox about why I wasn’t getting good gas mileage pulling my trailer. he informed me at that time that my 5.0 V8 would not pull as good as a 3.5 dual turbo Eco boost, After talking for 30 to 45 minutes. I had an excellent experience buying a SUV at Camelback Ford thanks to Brandon Vilardo! He was super friendly, had great communication, and didn't make me feel pressured or rushed into buying a vehicle which usually makes me leave dealerships. The process was very smooth and I didn't spend the ENTIRE day like other dealerships which was awesome. Purchased a used VW Passat (only 6K miles). Sale went quick, unfortunately, there was one key. Taylor said he would get me another key at a reduced price. I just needed to send him a text. Great! At the same time I needed some floor matts, as the ones they put when in when the car was ready for pick up were rubber and had oil on them. Mitch was fantastic to work with. My 16-year-old son and I had been searching for several weeks for just the right vehicle for his first car.
