Not your traditional sales experience I was contacted by Eric after a inquiry. From the time I arrived till the time I left Eric was patient and was amazing helping us find our new vehicle and working hard overcoming with neg. Equity. At the end they helped us leave as happy customers. Our sales guy Mike was great! He was very nice and not pushy like other salesmen. I told him exactly what we needed and our budget. Mike gets 5 stars from us. The reason why I deducted one star is because of the manager named Matthew. He was was the typical sales manager we hate dealing with. Great experience! From start to finish, Eric was great. He was super helpful answering all my questions, working with me via text and email the having everything ready when I arrived. I was driving my new raptor in less than an hour. He took the time to go through all the “toys” in the truck with me. so I have a good idea what it all did. Found me the perfect truck! Eric Steffes made the truck buying experience personable and comfortable from the moment I walked in. With just a couple questions he found me the perfect truck and we were out the door for a test drive. Great customer service I would like to thank Francisco for going above and beyond the call to help me in my time of need I had a terrible headache and he made sure I got something to eat and drink and on top of that I purchased my first F1 50 it’s great thanks a bunch!
