First Class all the way! I typically like to buy local. However, Eric and Rick came through with exceptional customer service. The moment I hit send for the online inquiry and Eric called me immediately. He was upfront, honest, and gave me a fair deal from the start. They did not charge me the 5-10k market adjustment over sticker like all the other dealers are doing on the 2019 Raptors. Then Rick called and ironed out the details with me.
