Expert Customer Service Scott Monteiro was the sales manager I worked w/over the phone and I was shocked at how efficient and easy he made the process. I did my research into the 2015 Sonata, like a well built athlete in a suit, but was unsure on pricing and which trim level/package would work best for my needs and budget. Very happy with decision to purchase here! We are very happy with our decision to purchase here. Not only did we find the best prices here ( we did our homework and shopped around a lot) but the salesmen were very knowledgable, kind, thorough and patient. We went through finance it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. Not once did we feel pressured which was very importance to us, as this was a big decision in our household.
