Very poor unprofessional service We bought a brand new vehicle from Camelback and it took them over a month to get a 2nd set of keys and they still never sent the paperwork. We got our paperwork 3 weeks before our temporary expired & they had titled it in the wrong state. We are SD residents & was told they would pay the taxes an get plates for us by sending the paperwork to SD. They lied anything for a sale. Service department ervice department. I bought a 2022 Kona from Camelback. I called service to schedule my first maintenance and for the Zaktek paint protection. Well they where booked out a whole month. So come my schedule appointment a month later at 10am I show up at 9:30am the service depart had cars basically backed up to the street entrance. The dealership experience everyone dreads Classic quote pretty much sums up the car buying experience here: There's a sucker born every minute and we're going to take 'em for all they got. In addition to the the $5,000 over MSRP market adjustment they want on every car, they would also like you to pay $2,500 for the "Camelback Difference" which is window tint, scotch guard (Zaktec or something), "paint protection", door guards and cup holder guards. Shop Elsewhere! I don’t care what the market is like don’t ever tell a customer their lucky to be getting a deal and you’re losing money. Let’s not pretend that you don’t get bonuses from the manufacturer for how many vehicles you sell. The dealership signed a “We-Owe” to me of items that will be done after the sale. Nowhere on there does it say I don’t have the right to choose the vendor they use. Their $2,965 “Camelback Difference” package is a waste of money, DON’T DO IT! Bad experience I was just looking for a specific model and year months ago. They did not have it. I ended up buying something and have repeatedly told them this yet they continue to hound me with calls about cars that did not even fit what I wanted. We are talking months. I have spoken to them several times to please stop calling and that I am no longer in the market. They assured me three times now that they would take me off their list. Yet the calls persist. They just don't care.

This Place Sucks!!! Applied to buy a car from out of state and told Sawyer Liao I would fly in to pick it up. They ran my credit 5 times (it’s Good), told me we would “button up the deal” and sold the car to someone else. I would never do business with people that have no integrity such as these. These people are your typical car sales people that you hear so many bad things about. I hope your business tanks!

I hope they don't treat everyone like this... I came in early in the afternoon after contacting them online about a specific used car I wanted to buy for my son, and we negotiated in good faith. I told them upfront that I was buying the car outright THAT DAY. Once we agreed on a price (no extras), I was asked to complete a credit check...WHY? I'm not financing the car. I go to hand the salesperson my Chase Sapphire credit card (yes, the heavy blue one that people with good credit carry) to pay in full...they wouldn't accept ... read more

Predators Gave us a price we could purchase new vehicle and when agreed to buy came back with a completely different price several thousand dollars higher before tax and licence. Then started to haggle all over again. One of the most distasteful car buying experiences I ever encountered. Total predators. Bought the same car with more options at a lower price from Carvana which was a great experience.
