Had my sunroof sorta repair,it works after9 months going back and forth, still some things need to be done. Everyone was very helpful until I needed the head of service to help me. Now getting cold shoulder from reps but it works.

Everything was good except the time it took them to complete the service on my vehicle. Too many people schedule in the same time slot. Staff was super friendly and eager to help. Kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Clean restrooms and lounge area.

Satisfied with the service but had to go back the next day because they left the cover to my cabin air filter on my dashboard and they had to place it back on. That was not convenient.
