The week before Christmas a light came on my dashboard. I was near Hyundai so I brought it in. Even though they were busy the tech told me they could take care of it that morning. A light bulb had burnt out. They replaced the bulb and returned my car to me washed. I'm very happy with both the service and the pleasant attitude of your staff.

I arrived for my appointment and was not greeted or checked in because the shop attendant was on speakerphone with a mechanic. They were very diligent and noticed my car had an additional recall that needed attention. My only complaint is about employee attentiveness and lack of urgency. Customer service starts the moment you walk in the door.

Frustrating. I have brought it in twice for the airbag light. It's on all the time. They don't know what is wrong with it. They assume it's because of the cold weather or a short? The have assured me the airbag is in working order, but is it???
