Most every time when you go to buy a new car, it takes all day camelback. Hyundai Kia had me in and out of there in three hours yahoo.

Overall, a positive experience with little to no pressure. Follow through, after the purchase, was/is lacking and there was minimal explanation for the warranty and required maintenance. No explanation on how to setup KIA Connect causing delays and confusion.

The manager Adam was nice. He helped me more than the other reps in the house after the service techs damaged my car. It took a little bit of time but in the end I was happy

Friendly! Just expensive without being free. A bit time consuming use to rolling getting a car wash and oil change much faster.
