Nice quiet waiting room. Long wait for reapplication of Zak Tek. When I checked out they informed me some recalls had popped that I would have to return another day. Too bad they couldn't have done them during my 3 hour wait.

The line to get into the parking area for service was to camelback rd. I had a 9 a.m. appointment and was there 10 minutes early. Once I was up to the service area everything was great.
