There were a lot of issues. My car ended up being there over the weekend even though the advisor said it would be ready on Saturday. Finally my service was assigned to Rickie, he has been there a very long time and I have worked with him many times. He got everything worked out. Six stars for Rickie

The wait time could improve however the customer service is awesome ! The waiting room is comfy and they provide coffee and water. They did offer to give a ride to any location nearby for the time being but I preferred to stay in the lobby. The man helping us answered all my questions! Great experience!

Everything went ok i guess, except just lots of oil spots left around the engine bay as well some on the outside

My new service advisor (Alan- manager?) went above what I expected for a new service advisor assigned to me. He did some background checking and investigated an issue I had. He also provided some education on what I need to do in the immediate future and how to incorporate this request into my next visit. I am thankful for all he did for me. I will continue to come to the dealership for this type of service.

Positive: I was pleased with the service I received from Rickey. Negative:: I don't think my wheels were rotated, due to markings on the right front wheel. And that wheel is still on the right front. Not sure why the maintenance crew would not have rotated the wheels.
