The work performed was good. The wait time was not good. I had a 10am appointment for servicing and did not get out of the dealership until almost 3pm. The dealership is in the middle of renovation, so it is difficult to get in/out of.

Richard Newsham was prompt in greeting me, and was very thorough in the servicing of my car. When the systems were checked, they found the battery needed to be replaced. He took the time to let me know what was going on and when the car would be ready. As a senior, I really appreciate the thorough check out that they do it Camelback Kia!

They sent me a coupon, but would not honor it because my vehicle was different than what the coupon specified. I bought my vehicle from them so I am confused as to why they wouldn't send a coupon that applies to what I. have.

Service was fine. Waiting area is awful. Dark, uncomfortable and LOUD music. There is plenty of room for a nice upgrade in the Waiting Area.
