Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in for 22K maintenance check, etc. Techs performed tire rotation + oil change. However, after leaving the shop, noticed the tires were overinflated (according to recommended guidelines on driver-side door.) Approx 400 miles later, right rear tire blew out. Tire had to be replaced ($180). I am of the opinion that the overinflated tires contributed to the blow out I experienced. Techs need to be trained on proper tire psi levels. Camelback Hyundai should reimburse me.

Brought car in for Zaktek and oil change 8:30 appointment. Arrived early 8:00 asked to have brakes looked at for scraping noise heard while backing up only. Also asked about the parts for the recall which was supposed to be ordered in October but still have not got it done. Part was not in and told it was backordered. To date still have not heard anything. Was told that the part was never ordered in October when it should have been. I did not leave until after 12:00 pm
