Was looking to purchase a 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige. Had several negotiations back and forth via email with Jacob. I schedule an appointment for 3 PM and instead I was given someone else. Terrible experience. I was told my car would take two days, was there for a week. I brought it in having just been detailed and looking like brand new as I was currently selling it. It came back to me the filthiest I have ever seen it. I was speechless to say the least. There was greasy hand prints on my light colored headliner, the carpet was filthy and stained. Tried them twice. Yard is a mess. Signage is confusing. More people standing around looking for an upsell then there are people working on cars. As usual there is an upsell. I expect if I brought in a brand new car, they would find “recommended services”. I tried a second time, everybody can have an off day. But this is just as bad as the first.
HORRIBLE experience buying/shopping new car at Camelback Kia. They give car dealerships a bad name. Their competition accused them of “bait & switch”. I was negotiating online so have entire chat history to prove my negative experience is legitimate. After negotiating online and agreeing on OTD purchase price, they provided me a written quote. Was looking to purchase from this dealership again, but apparently what turned out to be 2 unexpectedly busy weeks at work I was unable to connect with them instantly. We scheduled time to chat, I cleared my schedule and I did not receive a call. I sent a message letting them know I would be available the following day. Scheduled an appointment for 2 recall items, dropped off car and was called several hours later to be told that items could not be addressed ….because they didn’t have the needed parts. But of course they found some unreleased items they would like to address.
I was bought a Kia from them after I’m signed a contract. then I drove Half way home then I have a issue with my Kia 2024 sportage plug in hybrid..I call them to help me with it so they don’t answer my phone call even I text them million time to get help..but they not answering me back..they very bads service..even I call brain he it sell manager he deal the to sell me a Kia 2024 ..I have bad experience to come there bought a car from them.. highly not recommend to anyone in Kia camelback dealers…zero zero stars for them….ve... read more
I took my 2009 Kia Sportage to Camelback Kia for factory recall issues, The appointment was setup and managed by Jimmy Rowe. The work took a little longer than the 3 hours he had estimated - not a problem, but when he called to let me know it was ready, he also informed me that their shop had identified a couple of other problems, , and “did I want them to take care of them now.?” I told him I would consider it once I knew what the problems were.
