If I could choose zero stars, I would. I had two safety recalls to be done on my Optima. I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived, I was told it would be “hours” to have the items addressed. I asked if it would be 2 hours or 8 and was told probably 2.5 hours. So I decided to work while I waited for my car. At the 3 hour point, I inquired as to when I could expect the car. Poor customer service without a care. Chose due to location and was treated like a bum off the street! Your service advisors need training. Why will the Service Manager not pick up the phone or return calls?? Poor customer service!!
Looked at a Kia Soul that showed the MSRP of 21K, when I clicked on it to check financing they added over 10 k onto it. When I called them out on it they said "everyone is doing it". I then decided to buy a used Soul they had, when I looked into the small print I saw that they added 2k onto it for some Camelback exclusive package. When I asked what that was, I was told it was plastic door guards and some other lame thing. I just bought a new 2023 Kia Soul from Royal Kia with no mark up, so not everyone is doing it. I had a written deal with a nice salesman Ryan to purchase a new telluride at 1.9% but I had to wait months until it came in, which was fine, but when it arrived the manager told me he would only sell it at 3.9%.
