Chris Parker is my Service Advisor and does an amazing job making certain my vehicle is maintained properly and everyone at this Service Department of this Dealership is exceptional and friendly and trustworthy and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them.
Went to Camelback VW for oil change and to have my brakes checked due to noise from brakes. I fully expected to need my brake pads replaced at the least . After vehicle inspection I was told brake pads were good and noise was due to dirty rotors. My brakes were cleaned at no additional charge and my Jetta is good to go. Thank you Kaitlyn and Camelback VW for your quality service.

Great service - always the best! Car was ready on time and I was informed of the progress throughout
When I walked in 2 people were sitting at work stations without any customers, they were not on the phone, and neither of them greeted me. I stood there looking a little dumb not knowing who to speak to or if I was in the right place. I just spoke up and said I needed help and one of them then answered and helped me. Needed air in my tire or the setting reset. I had just bought this vehicle at 8pm the night before. Not the best feeling about buying a new vehicle.
The check in staff are always friendly and responsive.
They don't push or pressure you for service your vehicle does not need. The staff is pleasant and professional and we will continue to have our vehicle serviced by them.
