They always take good of me and my car when I go to Camelback Subaru. I would go to the Chandler Subaru dealership p, but since I didnt get my car from them, its hard to get an appointment and they wont give you a discount of 10% because I didnt get my car from them. I get better service and can get an appointment at Camelback thats why I drive from Chandler to them. I dont care about the 10% I want great service and I get at Camelback thanks Ian !

The driver's side window doesn't roll up or down now with one touch. I haven't figured out how to do it and my service writer is on vacation and I don't want to bother him. Annoying though. But everyone at Camelback VW is top notch!

My buying experience was the best and Subaru Camelback didn't disappoint when I returned for my first scheduled service. I truly appreciate the free Lyft ride to and from a doctor's appointment, that I was immediately informed that one of the car's tires had picked up a nail and that the repair would take a bit longer than usual. Excellent communication, great service. I love the Subaru brand Camelback Subaru's customer service. Great job guys!

Took my vehicle in for a EPC light and check engine light. The problem was more complex then they thought and took a while to get It repaired. Took almost 2 mos due to diagnostic and staffing. Was finally provided a loaner car which was nice after a week of no vehicle. The problem now is that my EPC light came back on and I paid 1500 for a throttle body which the dealer said that was the problem. I will be contacting the dealer back today about the issue.
