Camelback VW is a great dealership!! I purchased a VW there and the have treated me very well
Iain was greeting me outside and checking the car in before I had removed the items that would be in the detailer's way during the interior cleaning I was having done. Waiting room was clean, plenty of comfortable seating with big screen tv playing cooking competition shows at very low volume. I read the book I brought, people came and went quietly and transactions at the counter were all pleasant background to my time there. Car was beautiful when returned, immaculate inside and out. Already booked next 6 month appointment.
The lounge is clean and I love their coffee/tea station (theres a lot of variety). Restroom is also clean. The staff are friendly.

The service was excellent. They didn't sweet talk to do more inspections unlike the other shop. They did everything. The customer service is also excellent.
Costs money to get a ride from the dealership.Oil must have spilled as it smelled like burning oil for two days after service. Nice team though. I will give them another try.
