Great customer service and awesome services to my car
The experience at this shop is stellar. I no longer use this shop on a regular basis because I have moved to the Arrowhead area, but I did use it this day because I also Uber as a side gig. Upon going back to this store, I remembered why I loved going here. The customer service is exceptional and the employees make you feel like family. Service was great, although it took a couple of days longer than promised. It was the week of Christmas & my service advisor (Rex Caldwell) got me a nice loaner vehicle to get me through the busy holiday season. Everything was handled professionally & I may be switching to this dealership for future service appointments. Its a bit farther from my home than the regular VW dealership that Ive always dealt with, but, is worth the drive!
Friendly, professional and explained services and costs right up front.
