2019 SUBARU OUTBACK 3.6R LIMITED Owner

L/r window was not working, was fixed but, the explanation I am not sure was the real issue ! The problem was said to be dirt in the window channels? The car is always clean and never off road, I noted before bring the outback in that their was no power going to the window, note the L/R window is the least operated window of the car, if the problem happens again it would help to understand how to get the window operating especially if we are out of town or on a trip ! Thank You Camelback Subaru!

Camelback Subaru is an amazing dealership. They Dont make anything complicated I brought my own parts and they installed them. They have good communication with customers. I had a good experience.

I have completed multiple surveys and keep this one short. This was the best experience that I had since I have bought new cars in the US. From the moment I stepped into the dealership and had the pleasure to work with the sales agent Mr. Patel to the time I drove off the lot, I felt that everyone cared about me as a customer. Wish online booking mentioned the service I needed isn't available until 8am, would've been nice not to have to wait longer for it to open. But other than that no problems, got me in out and on my way. Friendly front desk guy (sorry, forgot his name).

I wait for my vehicle when I take it in for this maintenance service, and its always a pleasant wait. My vehicle looks new when I get it back, plus I have the confidence of knowing that its getting the best care. Service is fast. I had my vehicle back an hour before I expected.

The only issue I had was the amount of time it took.I got there at 1245pm and i didnt get my car back till almost 6.
