Quiet place to hang out while service is being done. The only thing I have been surprised by is the additional charge if a credit card is used. I don't usually carry checks with me anymore and I don't bank on line or on my phone so I have continued to use a card. Don't know if this is driven by the economy, higher prices for parts or tariffs but I have spoken to other people and asked if they are paying the percentage for using a credit card when they have their cars serviced and haven't gotten a yes from anyone yet. Iain knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Waiting area clean with spacious feel; coffee, tea and snacks available but tucked away and that area very clean. Personnel who walked through the area while I was waiting unfailingly pleasant. big screen tv a soothing visual for anyone who didnt read or scroll on devices. This was the first time I'd brought a laptop and used the seating area and counter provided. Surface was clean and space between each plug in station just right.
