They said they needed to patch my tire and it would take 30 minutes. After 70 minutes I was still waiting without and update. My tire was losing about 3 PSI before they patched it and its still losing the same. After I paid the gave me a report saying the wiper blades needed changing. Why not changing it or at least asking? I really want to give it one start not two, but it wont let me.

They replace with different battery , not the Volkswagen , also my Bluetooth is disconnected

My son took his car in because it said service engine, they told him it doesnt need an oil change and he told them but the service engine light is on. They said they couldnt help him without charging him extra. I paid for an extended warranty and service package and I am highly disappointed.

after 2 days of getting my car back the car is having issues with the boost on 2nd gear. is leaking oil and smoke was coming from engine also a noise when clutch is applied for every gear/shift. I contacted the service guy but was off they claimed that the car checked out for a 4th time since Nov of 2019 and I continue having problems with the vehicle. Very upset and disappointed because they claim that they check everything and apparently not. i wish i could only give 1 star, only let me do 2

The ZAKTEK protection they sell is useless. They dont do the inside protection like theyre supposed to. My car was disgusting when I got it back. And 30,000 mile service for my car was $450. They did a lot of extra things that were unnecessary without consulting me prior, otherwise I would have had them do the basic oil change and filter change. I was so tired of dealing with this dealer and Volkswagen that I traded it in the next day.

I love my car, but every time I take it (fully functionally) to an official Subaru service, I want to sell it. The service isnt terrible. There are two dealerships in town, one blew my engine during a basic oil change, the other is just plain rude and also left my battery loose during a regular service. My car is only 2 year old, fully paid and with no issues, but it is for sale now. Thats how bad the service is.

I have had nothing but issues with this place. It all started from when I first initially made an appointment. Once I showed up, they had no record of me or the appointment I scheduled. After that, it was ALL DOWN HILL. I came in to have a recall fixed (which VW sent me a card in the mail to come have it fixed), once I showed up I was told they do not have a fix for it.
