Eight people behind the counter but not one could move 4 cars in front of me from the driveway (in new car sales) into the covered service area. Was told how busy they were even though I had an appointment. My car sat for over an hour before they worked on it. The mechanic got into my car and drove it to the garage - no plastic to cover the seat or paper to protect my floor mat from oily shoes. Mind you the whole point of the visit was because a previous oil change by Camelback VW a few weeks early wasnt performed correctly ... read more
Car was kept for 6 days for service, also some service items is not reported to car-fax. No proper wash, No vaccum and tires have mud. I honestly feel the oil is also not replaced since car becomes smooth after an oil change and it does not feel so.
Had an appt for recallheadlamp screw5 minute procedure that took 2.5 hours
They dont appreciate cleanliness seriously.

Communication could've been better on when I was to get my car back. I had to call myself to figure out when that was. Dropped it off on a Saturday, didn't get it back until two mondays after that. Once I got my car back, I noticed my camera cord was unplugged, which to me is really suspect. The camera is for my safety when I'm out driving, but it was intentionally unplugged by someone. I emailed about it, no reply to that email since then. Ive had better service from them in the past.
They do not give you an accurate report of your vehicle. It felt that they wanted to take advantage of you.
